Bio
Shelby Crowell's love affair with physical movement began with ballet at age 6, when she discovered the powerful ability of the body to convey emotion and narrative. Now as a Yoga teacher, she strives to bring a similiar sense of lightness and grace to her yoga practice. Shelby was given her certification at Yoga Vida and is very grateful to all her teachers on and off the mat. During class expect vigorous and sweaty vinyasa flow, fun music and uplifting dharma.
